The house located in a very quiet residential street was built around the turn of the century and has undergone extensive renovations and new concept. The goal was to bring the Art Nouveau building on the present state of the art, while maintaining the advantages and the charm of its more than a hundred years of history.

The old stock consists of basement, mezzanine, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor. As part of the refurbishment of the old stock was carried out a two-storey loft conversions.

 

In the course of remodeling, renovation and expansion work was carried out in addition to the façade repair and renovation of the staircase, so that almost completely preserved historic structure with the original railings, the original floor coverings as well as the authentic apartment doors, etc., were taken to a uniformly bright overall appearance. Of course, the building now has an intercom and a contemporary mailbox system in the entrance area.

 

There was the installation of a modern, disabled friendly elevator. In order to level the same and barrier-free accessibility further access to the staircase (bicycle and pram ramp) and the elevator was created in the basement.

With the reorganization of the common areas in particular a bicycle and stroller storage room and is accessible from the street garbage room were provided on the basement level. Furthermore, the installation of a 4 car garage next to the entrance gate was done.
