The object was built in 1890, completely renovated, five-story residential and commercial building in a central location of the Leipzig Suedvorstadt. 

 

The building consists of a front house with 5 apartments and 12 commercial units, including a dentist and a psychotherapy practice. On the ground floor there is a Greek restaurant, the standard floors are used for offices.
